TrueCostGroup is committed to making this website usable by as many people as possible, including people with disabilities. We treat accessibility as part of building and maintaining the site rather than as a one-off exercise.
Conformance status
We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA. This site is partially conformant: most of it meets Level AA, and the exceptions we know about are listed below.
What we have done
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, in a visible focus order.
- The quote form works without JavaScript, and its state picker falls back to a standard dropdown that screen readers and keyboards handle natively.
- Form fields have permanently visible labels, are marked up as required where they are, and report errors as text rather than by colour alone.
- Text and interface colours are checked against the 4.5:1 minimum contrast ratio.
- Images carry alternative text, and decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- The page respects your operating system's "reduce motion" setting.
- Headings, landmarks and a "skip to content" link are provided for navigation.
Accessibility settings on this site
The accessibility button in the bottom-left corner of every page opens a panel where you can enlarge the text, raise the contrast, underline every link, switch to a plainer typeface, widen the text spacing, stop animations, enlarge the pointer, and make the keyboard focus indicator more prominent. Your choices are stored on your own device and apply on every page until you reset them.
These settings sit alongside your browser and operating system accessibility features — page zoom, your own stylesheet, a screen reader, or a magnifier all continue to work normally.
Known limitations
The following parts of the site are not yet fully accessible:
- Customer review panels. The Google and Facebook review sections are supplied by a third-party service (Elfsight) and we do not control their markup. If you have trouble reading a review, please contact us and we will read it to you or send it in another format.
- Very large text settings. At the largest text size, some pages require horizontal scrolling on narrow screens. We are working to remove this.
Compatibility
The site is designed to work with current versions of Chrome, Edge, Firefox and Safari, on desktop and mobile, used together with a screen reader or other assistive technology. It may not work as well in browsers more than two major versions old.

This site was assessed by self-evaluation, combining automated testing with manual keyboard and screen-reader review. We have not yet commissioned an independent third-party audit.
